Experience a refreshing and relaxing Heartfulness Yoga session. Reward yourself at the end of a workday by taking care of your body, mind and soul in this loving practice.
We do asanas (physical poses) in a calm, light-hearted and joyful manner to balance our bodies and minds and to prepare for meditation. Each asana practice is ended with a short relaxation and a heart-based meditation of 15-20 minutes.
Try Heartfulness yoga for free three times, after that we ask a donation of 50 SEK per class. You can sign up with the teacher, Annelies, in class.
You will find us in “Lilla Studion” at C.Off. Please bring your own yoga mats!
Heartfulness Yoga is part of Heartfulness meditation. If you are interested in trying our group-based meditations feel free to join on a Wednesday or Sunday or ask the teacher for an introduction to meditation. Meditations are always offered free of charge.
